Force free dog behaviour and training
What we're actually here for
Your dog isn't a project. They're a member of the family. We are here to build a bond between you.
We're not interested in fancy obedience. We're not training for the ring, the agility course or a competition
We're interested in the Tuesday evening when the doorbell goes and everyone can stay calm. The walk you stop dreading. The dog who settles at your feet while the kids do their homework, because they feel safe enough to.
That's built on trust and trust comes before training, not after it. Get that bit right and the training follows far more easily than most people expect.
Our Clients Say

The Challenge: Labelled for "nipping" the kids
Separation distress
Lead Pulling
Destructive behaviour
Toileting inside the house
The Reality: A busy adolescent dog whose subtle body language was missed leaving him no choice but to shout

Most training plans fail for reasons that have nothing to do with the dog
You've probably been handed a plan before. Twenty minutes of training, twice a day, plus the walk you're avoiding, plus the sessions in the diary, plus work, plus the kids, plus the thing you've forgotten.
It didn't fail because you weren't committed. It failed because nobody asked what your week actually looks like.
We build plans that fit real lives and real households. If you've got fifteen minutes and a hallway, we'll work with fifteen minutes and a hallway. A plan that gets done beats a perfect plan that sits in a folder.
How we work
Real lives - real households
Your dog: health, breed traits, history, what they genuinely find rewarding, how they learn, what tips them over the edge.
Your household : who's in it, how old they are, what the daily routine looks like, where you walk, what time you honestly have.
How you learn : some people want the science and the reasoning. Some want a short video and three bullet points. Some need someone standing alongside them doing it. All of those are fine. Only one of them works for you.
Then we build the plan. Dog and human together, or it doesn't hold.

"Matt is very understanding and doesn't judge. He helped me with loose lead walking and recall. I suffer with anxiety and he makes you feel at ease and doesn't force you to do anything you don't feel comfortable with. 100% recommend"
